Staying motivated can get difficult at times when you lost your drive, that’s what this post will be focusing on. Staying motivated will set you up to a good life and achieve whatever you are desiring. To stay motivated you have to really stand on it otherwise you might slip off in the process. 1. Remember Your Problem                                                                                                                                                                   

You have to know how painful your problem make you feel so that way you can get motivated. For instance, let’s say you want to sleep early, so you can wake up early for work. Not waking up early is your problem here because if you are not waking up early for work that means you will be running late for work, in result it can set you up being fire, which can be painful to you. Your problem has to be really painful to you in other for you to get motivated, otherwise you won’t get really motivated because you won’t see the point. Let’s say you want to eat vegetables every day for work, with this desire in mind. You won’t get motivated to stick to it because It’s not painful to you, and you don’t see the benefit of it.

 2. Know The Benefit You Will Get 

You have to know the benefits this desire will give you in order for you to stay motivated. Like how waking up early for work will keep you wake at work, energized at work, and in a good mood at work so, therefore you might get a raise by your boss for being a good employee. By knowing these benefit you will trick your mind, and body to wake up early every day for work. When you know what the benefit will be to you, it makes you achieve the desire fast with a blink of eyes because you are excited for the results.

Make yourself happy for achieving your desires. Rewarding yourself for winning in life will make you keep willing in life If, your goal is to wake up early for work, and you achieve this desire than you might get yourself a big lunch for lunch on your break at work for achieving this desire. 4. Find Someone That Motivates You 

This can be a coworker, your boss, your husband, a friend, your family, a stranger. Whatever that person is, this person has to be more passion and determined in that thing than you. Let’s say your goal is to wake up early in the morning for work, then you might follow your husband routine if his the kind of person to wake up early for work. Or you might tell your coworker to call you when they wake up early for work, or you might tell your neighbor to wake you up early. All of these techniques will work because they are more advances in it then you.

5. Set A Deadline                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

Setting a deadline to when to achieve whatever you’re desiring will keep you motivated by rushing you to achieve your desire by a date. For example, if you need to wake up early for work, then you might set a deadline to when to adapt to that routine. That way it feels natural and you won’t have to force yourself every day to do the same thing over and over again because that can get tiring. Or an easy example is wanting to accomplish a task by 5 p.m. you will get motivated to achieve this desire by knowing you have to get it done by 5 p.m.
